All new 3V 258cc 370cfm Race Intake and 255cfm exhaust port.

At CHI we are not ones to rest on our laurels. We want our customers to have the very best in Cleveland cylinder head technology, and so we set about developing the new 3V 258cc runner. With revised intake and exhaust ports these heads are designed for the most serious of engine builders seeking a maximum effort from their Cleveland and or Small Block Ford.

The intake port is .100" taller than our 218cc runner and has a minimum cross sectional area of 2.8". The exhaust port is in the same location as our 3V 218cc head (.400" raised over standard Cleveland exhaust ports) and has been totally reworked to flow over 250cfm. Valve sizes are 2.190" on the intake and 1.650" on the exhaust valves.

The cylinder head is designed to work best on 410+ cubic inch engines utilising a 4.125" + bore and looking to make over 700+hp. With a minimum cross section of 2.8", this is for the not so faint hearted engine builder wanting a maximum effort from their Cleveland or SVO based small block.

This cylinder head will accept all standard Cleveland valve train, including stud girdles, making for a huge performance upgrade for the most serious of engine builders and enthusiasts alike.
