At CHI we are committed to providing our clientele with unsurpassed cylinder head and manifold innovations.

Through years of development and meticulous testing we have devised a formula for determining the airflow requirements of an engine. From this we have developed port designs to optimize minimum port cross sectional areas, velocity and wet flow characteristics to enhance FLOW QUALITY for a given cylinder displacement - rpm range. This results in the widest power and torque curves where they are needed the most.

In order to ensure that our quality is never compromised, we manufacture all our products in house on our own CNC machining centre. All our castings are poured from virgin A355 alloy bar and heat treated to T6 for the ultimate in fatigue resistance and endurance. Castings are carefully inspected prior to machining and pressure tested after final machining.

By keeping all the machining in house we have total quality control over our products, ensuring a maintenance free fit for all our customers. The CNC machines that are used to manufacture our cylinder heads can also be utilized to manufacture other custom cylinder heads and associated parts for our clients where necessary. In addition to this we also offer a full machining/reconditioning service for performance cylinder heads.

Cylinder heads can be ordered in any stage of completion from partially machined to fully assembled and to suit any application. We know our reputation rests on the parts we use, for this reason we only use premium name brand parts in all our products.
